Thomas K. Terrill, principal of The Terrill Company, has over thirty years of executive level management experience in the development of commercial real estate projects. Prior to founding the firm in 1997, Tom served as President for ten years for a regional commercial development and asset management company. Tom has been responsible for the development of over three million square feet of commercial real estate projects and the entitlement of numerous significant properties throughout Northern California.
Throughout his career, Tom has been recognized as a leader in regional economic development and in providing a key connection between the public sector and the private development industry. He was founder and President for five years of the Contra Costa Economic Partnership, a regional business advocacy and research organization and served as President of the Contra Costa Council. He has served as President of two different Education Foundations serving Walnut Creek and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
