Teaching Materials

Over the past five years, Tom has taught a variety of different real estate courses at local colleges and universities. Recently Tom taught a Community Development course at St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA. Tom is regular lecturer on real estate development issues for the Fischer Real Estate Center at the Hass School of Business at UC Berkeley. He also lectures for Urban Land Institute's Real Estate Development courses nationwide.
